16 Sheets of A2 plans in PDF format showing assembly of the yacht from the plywood CNC routed boat kit, as well as keel and keel box assembly and rudder box assembly.

All plywood components precision routed on CNC machine to build one Lion 550 Adrenaline sailboat. License to build one boat.

Includes 15 sheets of 6mm Gaboon plywood & 15 sheets of 9 mm Gaboon plywood

Simply cut tabs holding pieces into sheet and sand to fair line ready for assembly.

Assembly

Panels larger than can fit on a single sheet of ply are joined using a jigsaw puzzle tab system, giving a clean joint with very little loss in panel strength.

Components are dry assembled on a strongback . Once alignment is checked to be correct, components are joined using an epoxy fillet and fiberglass tape.
